		<description>Yeah - I agree. I guess it&#039;s an awareness of the limitations of Isms/generalisations and willingness to improve one&#039;s knowledge about specific instances.

The deeper problem is that a large part of intelligence is about resource allocation, and because we will always have limited resources we&#039;ll be unable to perfectly represent every individual... their representation will always be, to some extents, built from generalisations.</description>

In more general terms, I think strong concepts such as the two isms shouldn&#039;t be inherited or environmentally influenced. And generalizations are known to fail in almost everything(experimental readings that go off charts, birth of the next prodigy etc.). Having a disposition is fine, but having one which can be consciously be altered is what counts, I think.
